Shipping is calculated by weight, the first 1,000 grams is usually more expensive, thats why getting more products will make the shipping more price efficient.
Fulfillment Process:
- Exchanging Currency: After you order, depending on where the designer is from we convert USD to the respective designers currency, unless its an American designer.
- Purchasing: We then notify the designer and purchase the order, and they ship it to our warehouse
- Quality Check: When the product arrives, we carefully unpackage the item and inspect the quality throughly, and verify the size and color etc...
- Packganing: We then package your product carefully, and prepare it for shipping, for UPS/Express shipping we package it in a carton box.
- Shipping: We check countries customs and declare accordingly, after that we submit it to the shipping company. Then we send the tracking number.
- After Sale Service: After you receive your product, we are always here to help you with returns and exchanges or anything else.
