30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer unconditional returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Whether it didn't fit, wasn't your style, or you simply changed your mind — no problem. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

How It Works

• To start your return process, please email support@yyildiz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and accessories included.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in that case, we'll cover the return shipping after reviewing your provided shipping invoice.
• We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels for international returns. International customers arrange and pay for their own return shipping upfront. If your return qualifies for covered shipping (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we'll reimburse you directly rather than provide a prepaid label — just send us your shipping invoice and we'll include the reimbursement with your refund or exchange confirmation.

Once we receive the item back and verify its condition, we'll issue a full refund or process the exchange promptly. If your return qualifies for shipping reimbursement, we'll include that with your refund or exchange confirmation.
