Shipping policy

We want our customers to receive their products in the best condition and as quickly as possible. We carry many products in our store, and many of them come from different places. Before any item is shipped internationally, it first arrives at our warehouse, where we carry out quality control to confirm it's in good condition — no defects or damage — and matches the size you ordered.

It usually takes 1 to 5 days for items to reach our warehouse, though some can take longer. If your order is handmade or a pre-sale item, it may take 15 days or, in rare cases, even more to arrive at our warehouse.

Once your order arrives and passes quality control, we ship it out within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
