Once we receive your order, our warehouse gets to work right away. Every item first arrives at our warehouse, where we carry out a quality inspection to confirm it’s in good condition — no defects or damage — and matches the size you ordered. We also coordinate with your local carriers to find the most reliable way to get your order to you.
From the moment you place your order, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days to ship out — occasionally a little longer while we coordinate with local carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Once shipped, delivery then usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to reach your door.
